Over our family as He leads us back to the states:
- As of today God has allowed us to sell 95% of our things here in Bolivia, including the sale of our vehicle last Monday!
- One of our supporters in the states has graciously blessed us with a donated van for us to have as we arrive in the US!
- Another supporter has donated some furniture to help us settle into our home in Marshalltown.
- Several of our partners have given toward our tickets for our unplanned return to the US.
- Our sending church and 2 of our supporting churches in Marshalltown are preparing our home for our arrival January 19th. THANK YOU!
- Because of the rains, Tami's eyes have been feeling better, but the affects of her medicine continue. She struggles with not getting enough air to breathe and battles fatigue from the anemia. We are looking forward to having her at a lower altitude to help with some of these affects.
- The offerings many of you have given toward this have incredibly encouraged the church to move forward in replacing the roof.
- Last Sunday they began to remove the old roof from the church. It is now completely off and next week they plan on placing the new roof on the church! Pray for dry weather, and that this can be done quickly and done well.
- As they began to tear off the roof Sunday, a portion of the roof that Pastor Freddy was standing gave way, and he fell into the church, injuring a ligament in his ankle. We praise God that he was not hurt more than just his ankle. Pray for his complete recovery.
- We held the Christmas service at a church member's house near the church.
- Pray that God will draw people to Himself. Pray also that God would protect this church from the enemies attempts to discourage the church and it's leaders.
- We've been praying that God would send a missionary family to live in our home after we leave who would become involved in what God has been doing in our neighborhood and church. Would you join us in praying this too?
